Nucleus Coop 2.0 and up supports themes.
It would be nice if there was a themes section where people could upload and download themes like we do with handlers now.
Additionally an API endpoint would be great, so it could integrate with the app, and the discord bot.

Lots of the code could probably be re-used too :)

Anyone have any thoughts on this? Is it something we should prioritize?
