Let the user specify the format of demo filenames (and by extension also video captures). For example the timestamp (with the usual format strings, see eg Darkplaces' cl_autodemo_nameformat), player nick, gamedir, bsp file, skill level.

Best if this was also configurable in a menu, but a variable string works fine.
