Overview:
In this example we will explore how to fine-tune a Azure OoenAI model (e.g. Curie) for classifying customer churn risk by low, medium or high.
Data:
The data used for this example is synthetic customer data and chatbot conversations, labeled with the following churn risk classification: low, medium or high generated by Azure OpenAI GPT4 model.
