[SF][A11Y] Dynamic Page's header section is unexpected.

In the Dynamic Page, SF's A11Y team think the text 'header expanded region' is not descriptive enough for the accessible name of the header. Additionally, the text 'expanded' is misleading, as this header does not have the functionality to 'expand/collapse'.

I want to make sure I fully understand the reported issue:

• The ui5-dynamic-page component does indeed support expand and collapse functionality. Therefore, the expanded/collapsed announcement is expected due to the aria-expanded attribute applied to the container. This behavior aligns with the specification.

• You mention that the expected behavior should match the UI5 sample, where the announcement is "Expanded header region", whereas in UI5 Web Components, it is "Header expanded region"
  If the concern is simply about the word order, the version used in UI5 Web Components actually follows the specification:
  "Dynamic Page`s Snapping Header: role: “region”, aria-expanded: “true/false”, aria-label: “Header expanded/ Header snapped’." (This is copied directly from the accessibility specification.)

Please let me know if I’ve misunderstood something.
However, if this is the issue, I don’t see a problem, as the implementation follows the specification.
