It would be nice if we could add notes on a per-game basis.
Smaller details
Nothing too fancy. Just a simple note window and in the game list maybe a hover icon that indicates a note has been added and showing a summary of it upon hovering the icon.
Nature of request
The main reason from my own use-case would be to add some infos on how my own system runs a specific game, maybe also add specific infos about settings, etc. that optimize the game further and other things that come to mind while playing, etc.
Why would this feature be useful?
A system to add notes to something as complex as emulation can never be a bad idea. Also with the risk of losing information about settings, player collected playability reports, etc. when a takedown occurs again is really sad and with the ability to add notes in context of the game makes it easier for anyone who cares to not lose all information once it been put into notes. I'm sure once the feature is available people will come up with their own use-cases.

Would this also include one field for notes? It is not just about writing down optimal setting but also noting down problems while playing, documenting your own workarounds. Maybe also some notes of the actual content of the game that you'd like to write down. The nature of a note is in itself pretty open.
Things I personally would write notes about as of now:
Games that are not playing well and maybe work better in yuzu derivatives so I'd like to mark them somehow also with writing down the reason.
Games that work good enough but could be better after some future optimizations (if any). In that case I'd write down some basic infos about average FPS, Version, Driver, etc. to compare with newer releases.
Some descriptions about the mods I have installed. One reason to understand what they do and on the other hand why they shouldn't be removed.
In case of TotK I'd like to write the reason why I'm still playing on 1.1.2 instead of 1.2.1. While I probably won't forget why, it's better to be save than sorry.
