enhance: Improve UI/UX of the "Report User" Page

The Report User screen currently has a very basic design with no padding, spacing, or proper alignment, making it feel incomplete and not production-ready. Additionally, it does not perfectly match the theme set for the app, creating inconsistency in the user experience.

Problems Identified:

• Lack of Padding & Spacing: The elements are tightly packed without proper margins.
• Button Design Issue: The "Report" button looks too basic and does not visually stand out.
• Unstyled Text Input Field: The input field appears plain and does not guide the user effectively.
• Theme Inconsistency: The page does not match the rest of the app's theme perfectly.
• Profile Section Needs Improvement: The user profile section can be better structured with improved typography and spacing.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to the Report User page.
2. Observe the lack of proper styling, padding, and alignment.
