The current implementation of the Quick Reply app places the option to send replies within the kebab menu of the contextual bar. While functional, this requires extra steps to access and send a reply, which can slow down the user experience, especially for frequent use. Having to navigate through the kebab menu feels less intuitive and efficient compared to a dedicated action button.
Proposed Solution:
I propose adding a separate, clearly visible "Send" button directly in the contextual bar of the Quick Reply app with respect to all the replies. This button would allow users to immediately send their selected or typed reply without needing to open the kebab menu.
Acceptance Criteria
Adding a send button with respect to the position of quick replies.
Removing Send option from kebab menu.
