Improve HTML Head with Meta Tags

This pull request aims to improve the HTML head section by:

1.Standardizing Character Encoding: Changing to for better consistency and readability.
2.Adding Essential Meta Tags: Including meta tags for keywords and author to improve search engine optimization (SEO).
3.Implementing Open Graph Protocol: Adding Open Graph tags (og:title, og:description, etc.) to enhance social media sharing and improve the appearance of the page when shared on platforms like Facebook and Twitter.

This issues is considered a "good first issue" as it involves straightforward modifications with minimal complexity, making it suitable for newcomers to the project.
