"See all" page for highlighted posts

I'm a big fan of the recent changes to the highlighted news posts on the home page. It also seems like more people have the ability to post content to it, which is great and makes the community feel more lively. I find myself checking the site more often as a result, because so much stuff is happening, but new posts are liable to slip off of the front news "page" within 24 hours, and off the carousel entirely in under a week. As of writing the last post on the carousel is just from 3 days ago.

I'd like to be able to see all of the highlighted posts in a feed, so that these things aren't entirely lost when they roll out of the 9 most recent posts.
