Request: Always show Developer Status

Now that #3087 is live...

There are many cases someone would want to check if someone is a Developer or Junior Developer. It would be beneficial to always show those two roles in addition to any selected team display. I think it would be wise to allow someone on a team to select "Only show Developer" or similar.

And alternate would be some way to "see all publicly visible roles" for a user (maybe the role display is expandable some how? tooltip? other means?)

I agree.

We're design-constrained on visually showing more than 1 role in tooltip cards. We would need some other way to always designate the user has develop perms in that component.

On profiles, we can make the role a tooltipped element which displays all the user roles on hover.

Tooltip cards are also really where I most often check for a developer role too, so any solution that makes it happen there is appreciated.

Perhaps an icon if they have a different visible role, a grad cap for a jr and a hardhat for a dev maybe?
