Memory leak in archive downloading

Hi,

There seems to be a memory leak in the insights-core library. We are using insights-core>=3.0.235 in two services, and can see in both a small but steady memory increase over the days (see attached screenshots).

After some isolation work, we pinpointed it to the insights-core library, and to be more specific, to the archive downloading mechanism.
