Just recording this as an issue from a comment in this function:
% Currently, we throw an error if the qz column (column 1) of the two% datafiles are different. Eventually this will be replaced by an% interpolation to make it more general.

Hey Alex,
That's because interpolation is hugely computationally intensive. Mantid satisfies this criterion, and I'm happy to keep this situation as 'user beware'. Make your q values the same, or no dice, that kind of thing... Catching this upstream in 'parseClassToStructs' is the correct approach..

@arwelHughes I was just recording it here because it was something that the code comment said would like to be done "eventually", and I think it's important to have all our issues in one place rather than dotted around in the code. It's certainly not something I think we should be focusing on any time soon!
