Not sure whether this issue is limited for musicvideo naming or also impact audio.

When special characters like "?" are part of a video, the file name is wrong and cannot be opened.

Easier to provide an example:

Ariana Grande - yes, and?
https://imvdb.com/video/ariana-grande/yes-and
YHQW20M.MKV
YHQW20M.NFO
YHQW20~M.JPG

Happy to share more details. Easy to replicate the issue.

Same issue when downloading Tidal videos. Seems to be the issue whenever the file names ends with a "?".

But not only. Not sure when it happens:
