A generic list sorting mechanism for the listing views

This applies to listing views of each subsystem as well as views within containers. Containers here includes the listing views of the vocabulary concept hierarchy.

Example functionality:

• By default, items in listing view is sorted by default label predicate and default literal language tag
• This sorting can be customised in the profiles to sort by another predicate and also by the type of value (e.g., alphabetical order versus a numerical value)
  • In BGS' case where they want to sort by time in the geologic timescale vocabulary, they can add a predicate with a value in the profiles. Will also require some other way to target that sorting behaviour for just that vocab.

I think first step is to confirm / document the existing behaviour (maybe some test cases) that use these query params and see if there's any gaps with e.g. numerical datatypes; it may already work.
