As shown in this comment relative humidity can exceed 100% when it should not be possible to do so.
Expected behavior
Humidity should not be able to exceed 100%

Other details
I would also check to make sure relative humidity cannot go below 0% and other data points to make sure they have a minimum/maximum value where it makes sense. An example would be to make sure cloud cover cannot exceed 1 or go below 0.

@alexander0042 Noticed this morning with the extreme temperatures issue that cloudCover can go above 100%. A location to test with is London, UK (51.50853,-0.12574). You'll have to extend out the hourly forecast and the first occurrence I see is at 1731880800.
