按照编译方法，查看编译脚本，目前只支持x86，arm64架构，麻烦把loongarch64架构支持也加上

目前我们没有这个环境，可以自行参考已支持架构的 cmake 增加对应的编译工具链的支持。

您好，龙芯架构的CPU有在Paddle主仓支持，可以参考 PaddlePaddle/Paddle#51109 这个PR中的内容进行编译。
