Keeping NuGet, NPM, and GitHub Actions dependencies up-to-date is currently a manual task.

Describe the solution you'd like

Renovate can instead be used to update dependencies automatically. It can be configured similarly to how it works in OC.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Using Dependabot. But Renovate is better.
