MVP Released on NuGet

Hi everyone,

we've released the MVP on NuGet proper (you could already use the pre-releases over on Cloudsmith) with the features and improvements I've mentioned in my previous announcement way back.

You can try it out by cloning this repo or including the NuGet package in your own Orchard Core project. It's also included in OC sites on DotNest if you want to try it out in the cloud. Feel free to write here or open an issue if you're stuck!

I will demo it on the Orchard Meeting on the 24th at 12pm PT.
