With the start of OpenVox, we need the ability to show both the legacy Puppet/Perforce and updated OpenVox copyright attributions. The Faces API doesn't allow for the data to be in a format that contains multiple copyright holders.
Describe the solution you would like
It would make sense to both reduce duplication and reach the goal of the use case, so I propose:
Centralize the copyright attributions in the Faces code
Convert that copyright attribution to allow multiple copyright holders and date ranges for those copyrights
Sync all of the dates to the earliest starting date, and turn them from an singular year to a date range.
