Describe the Change You Would Like

The container is using the latest OPENVOX environment variables, however the documentation in README still points to PUPPET variables. Here's a list of ones that need to be changed in documentation.

PUPPETDB_HOSTNAME
PUPPETDB_SERVER_URLS
PUPPETDB_SSL_PORT
PUPPET_REPORTS
PUPPET_STORECONFIGS
PUPPET_STORECONFIGS_BACKEND
USE_PUPPETDB
