[Mail Merge add-in] Bug: Step 3 "Send Email" hangs after entering Application ID #97

Steps to repro:
After entering my Application ID in the following screenshot, nothing happens.

Result:

When I dismiss this, an error appears under the step in the task pane:

Unable to verify sample works.

Note I entered this registered Application ID
