For now I have skipped the documenter part of the GitHub Actions, since there was an error. We have quite a lot of docstrings in the code, so I think we should have a decent baseline to build documentation.

I suspect the current error comes from the Julia environment which is inside the docs folder. I need to check if there should be really a separate Project.toml and Manifest.toml or if we should reuse the main ones.

Implemented in #180. Now we just need to expand it and continue building it :)
