I need notifications from GitHub for when tasks are assigned to a predetermined group or person within the project with any role they have within the workflow

I need to be notified when the task is taken, the status of the task, the name of the project that is assigned must be within the task, the name of the repository, in order to be able to distinguish between tasks that have a repository, this must communicate with the CRM in order to have communication with the group about the tasks
