Currently neogit seems to remember the state of --no-verify on doing a commit, and subsequent commits will be done without verification until I remember to reactivate verification.
I'd like if this setting would be only active for this single commit.
At the same time, using push --force-with-lease is a sensible default in most of my workflows, therefore I'd like this setting to be remembered.
