[Toolkit bug]: Toolkit not showing recent projects

Describe the bug

It looks like Remix Toolkit has stopped tracking my most recent projects. In the "Recently Opened", my old projects display, and nothing I've recently worked on is displaying. The screenshot I've provided is what displays when I open Remix today (9/16/24) and the last project Remix displays is from 5/14/24. I've worked on over a dozen projects since.

How do you reproduce the bug?

1. Open Remix Toolkit
2. See non-recent projects listed

What is the expected behavior?

To display recently worked on projects
