aborting Batch_E_fly() plan does not reset monochromator velocity #12

Plan Batch_E_fly() sets the monochromator velocity to a low speed. If the plan is aborted then the monochromator is left with the low velocity. Can the abort reset the monochromator's velocity to the previous value?
