What new functionality do you need?

Jet and S4 are no longer supported by NESDIS and system-specific files should thus be removed from the global workflow.

What are the requirements for the new functionality?

All references to S4 and Jet are removed.

Acceptance Criteria

A grep for jet|s4 returns no system-specific information
A find for jet|s4 returns no system-specific files
All functionality on other platforms is left unchanged.
