Will we add info on (metagenomic) data preprocessing?

Hey,

is there a decision, whether and in which way we are going to add text regarding data processing (on the knowledge base and if yes under which column; publishing on Zenodo to get DOIs etc) ?

There is the document on (Metagenomic) data preprocessing categories and best practices (internal link) which I haven't found on the knowledge base so far and Zenodo.

@elhossary: Do you know, if one of the Knowledge contributors belongs to HZI? I haven't found any github names that ring a bell for me, otherwise I would have tagged them here
