API call for profile info
complete profile info to render
use log out button

else:
display not logged in user
use log in button

log in triggers log in pop ups, SBH Log in trigger SBH log in pop-up and Fj Log in trigger Fj log in pop-up

in log in pop-up the instance can be pupulated from instance URL from cookie info.
