v0.11.0 is out — adds radio/video stream distinction

v0.11.0 is out. It adds support for the M3U #EXTINF radio="true" tag:

I made the keywords configurable so it can work with other languages, too. "Video" might be called something like Vidéo, видео, or even 视频 in other languages, after all. Or we Brits might call a stream "Nite Radio on telly"… ;-)
