Fixes issues #9 and #10.

I recommend updating your version.

Hint:

If you have made your own, language-specific version of azuracast_xmltv, you should make a copy with a different name, say azuracast_xmltv_de, chmod +x it and use that.

Then, whenever an update comes in, you can easily download or git pull it, and use a nice visual diff ing tool like Meld to compare the new version against your modified one. Simply accept/transfer all changes except your modified text templates and default settings.
