is it possible to hack the oauth to work with my own auth provider instead of github ?

Would a custom provider with next-auth work? https://next-auth.js.org/v3/configuration/providers#using-a-custom-provider

should work, i have authentik i can try to integrate it with my own authentik.
should be trivial with this honestly, if you can point out where the configuration lies, i can test it out tomorrow.

You can add https://next-auth.js.org/providers/authentik to the providers array here https://github.com/MaxLeiter/Drift/blob/refactor/src/lib/server/auth.ts#L46-L54
