Easy way to support current versions of Mustang-CLI.jar

Maybe you could put Mustang-CLI WebRequest Result in mustangproject\Mustang-CLI.jar, so that you will not have to change versionnumbers within intf.ZUGFeRDHelper anymore.

prohibit losing version-information on filesystem you could put Version into Mustang-CLI-version.md for example

In addition to this, you could optimize fetching latest version by doing this in installtools.ps1
