fix: extracting xml for ZUGFeRD profile XRechnung

In the case of a ZUGFeRD Invoice in the profile XRechnung TZUGFeRDPdfHelper.PdfTkServerGetZUGFeRDPdfAttachment did not extract the XML-File, because of the filename being xrechnung.xml rather than factur-x.xml or zugferd.xml.
