SoundLevel is a measure of Pascals expressed as Decibels.
As part of the Proportional/Relative tags work, negative value support now exists for all unit quantities (mass, volume, pressure, soundlevel) but adding/subtracting decibels doesn't work quite as simply as the data files would indicate.
TODO:
Add support for 'simple' arithmetic on SoundLevel that works as expected for data files
Add support for correct arithmetic between instances of SoundLevel for simulation use.
