I mistakenly blamed the app for a WIFI issue

I discovered today that I have a fast-ish wifi connection that drops out for a couple minutes at a time without warning. It would be good to see a message coming from the app when this happens so that users don't blame the app.

Sequence of events:

1. My wifi downgrades to "Connected, no internet" status (The windows wifi icon doesn't update.)
2. In the app, the stream disappears. The code pane still works
3. I try refreshing the view
4. The app kicks me out, takes me to the sign in screen
5. Generic login error for a minute or two until wifi restores itself
6. Repeat 2 or 3 times until I realize what's actually going on

Assigning v1 milestone here as I think CAD users in general can be wary of an online first approach, and we should be handling this better than forcing the login screen back.
