License issue about your "master/2019/07/18/Pray-For-KyoAni/index.html" file (and maybe more)

First of all, I am also very heartbroken after I heard this fireconflagration of Kyoani workshop yesterday, and all the lost of animation cultures of Kyoto.

But besides heartbroken, I'm wondering that if this file of your this repository is made by yourself or forked from others? You or anyone else on Github should know that this site is a mega repository store of open source softwares and/or tools, so licenses of every repositories are very important for all visitors of Github around the real world.

If this is just your own file, then it seems that this file is included in your this repository, and you may lost licensing the entire repository, so please consider picking a proper license via e.g. SPDX, copy-paste the license body to create an LICENSE file (which should indeed be ALL-CAPS due to Github mechanism themselves yes), and put it in the main folder of repository.

If forked by others, I'm wondering which file you're forked from?
