Bug Report Checklist

Overview

Right now, there's a discrepency:

  • GitHub's view of the latest repo main branch shows npx create typescript-app
  • npm's view of the latest published package shows npx create-typescript-app

Until the latest main exits beta (#1831), docs should mention this on GitHub. It's kind of confusing otherwise.
