Sharing how I integrate systemctl is-system-running into the prompt

Sharing this one, as it doesn't seem to be common, and yet I find is extremely useful.

On my systemd linux machines, in other prompt environments I used to have a section showing the status returned from systemd is-system-running (except the running state, which is the normal one)

This is useful when the system suddenly gets to a degraded state.
