Add support for ORCID

http://orcid.org/ seems to be the next cool thing to provide a unique ID for researchers. JabRef could use that to unify names.

How should the ORCID be saved in the bibtex format?
The only implemention I'm aware of is by the Web of Science as an additional field (see http://images.webofknowledge.com/WOKRS522R4/help/DRCI/hs_output_bibtex_fields.html)

Example ORCID-Numbers = {{Pitman, Nigel/0000-0002-9211-2880 Phillips, Oliver/0000-0002-8993-6168 Laurance, Susan/0000-0002-2831-2933}}
and the same for ResearchID Numbers
ResearcherID-Numbers = {{Garfield, Eugene/A-1009-2008 Pudovkin, A.I./A-1234-2010}}

This addresses a global literature management data base.

• Distinguish authors with the same name in JabRef
• Allow quick search for same papers of a person
• Automatically import new research by an author ("follow mode")
