[FR]: Add a custom voice function to plug in #113
Comments
I'm not quite sure what you're suggesting, could you add more details? If you're requesting highlighting as it speaks (which is part of the roadmap), this is a feature I'm keen on adding, but due to the complexity of accessing text elements in documents in Zotero, I imagine it might take some time, sorry. |
Hello , Thanks for reply, here I want to say, this can you please make available this voice "MIcrosoft Ravi Natural-English India", and more Highlighting text while reading, I hope you get it now. |

With regards to which voices are available, ZoTTS (currently) uses whatever voices are installed on your computer. Since I'm guessing you use Windows, check out this guide from Microsoft about how to install voices (there's also information on installing third party voices if that's helpful to you). Note that these might not be the same voices as those available in Edge, since those use Azure TTS, which I haven't got round to integrating yet, but it is planned. |
