Cannot save notebook in devcontainer

I've downloaded and ran the book in local vscode, following this section. However unable to save the notebook due to permission error. here's the log:

I can’t reproduce your problem saving a notebook due to a permission error. Can you provide more information? Do you have any guesses about why this is happening?
