Add all Hathor docs tutorials to the CI, so we guarantee we don't break them with a new version

Motivation

The read only wallets guide for Hathor docs was created using version v0.19.2 of the headless wallet and was broken some versions after it.

From now on, all tutorials added to Hathor docs must also be added to the headless CI, so we guarantee we don't break them with new versions.

If we break any of them, we must update the tutorial with the new flow/steps.
