Update GamePass/WinStore MCC paths and methods

So, a friend gifted me Discord Nitro.
With that comes a 2-month GamePass Ultimate subcscription...that can only be used by a Microsoft Account that has not used a GamePass trial before.
Luckily, the gmail account used for the HaloSPV3 GitHub organization has not used any GP trials...until now.

After jumping through some hoops, I'm now installing MCC w/ CEA by GamePass access.
...to a custom path?
I chose E:\Games\XboxGames\*

This is new and mildly annoying because it breaks the first-implemented method for verifying WinStore MCC ownership: search by pre-determined path e.g. *:\Program Files\ModifiableWindowsApps\HaloMCC

On the bright side, this might mean permissive (rather than restrictive) file/folder permissions.
This makes my job easier because it means you get to search for and select MCC's directory! : )

Restrictive: "E:\WindowsApps\Microsoft.Chelan_1.2645.0.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe\halo1\maps\a10.map"
Permissive: "E:\Games\XboxGames\Halo- The Master Chief Collection\Content\halo1\maps\a10.map"
