I recognized that when I create a new markdown post, it's saved as an .md file in the site's "Posts" folder. If I edit it externally, changes are not recognized even after restarting Publii.
Steps to reproduce
Create a markdown post in Publii.
Edit the .md-file externally.
Save the file.
Check back after restarting Publii.
