[Bug]: Externally edited markdown files are not recognized

Bug description

I recognized that when I create a new markdown post, it's saved as an .md file in the site's "Posts" folder. If I edit it externally, changes are not recognized even after restarting Publii.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a markdown post in Publii.
2. Edit the .md-file externally.
3. Save the file.
4. Check back after restarting Publii.
