Bringing home content ideas and elements

Hi

I really like Publii and have installed it on my workstation computer at home. Every now and then I send myself notes or question segments from external via e-mail to my home and then put them together in Publii. Unfortunately, I am not allowed to install Publii on my business PC so that I could transfer data from my site via Dropbox.
This discussion is not about that, but about how you bring ideas, notes and other content elements to where your Publii instance is running.

How do you handle this? How do you do that?

I would use some kind of cloud-based, browser-based document editor, like Google Docs, Notion, Cryptpad, or Etherpad for brainstorming and initial drafts, and only have the final text in Publii.

Many thanks for notes I use Supernotes or Obsidian but I do not yet find the right way/tool for that particular usage.
