NB this is referenced (sort of) by #11 but they are really two distinct things:

using sequence logos to display placeholders for collapsed nodes; this is just a visualization, the sequence logos could be calculated in different ways (e.g. simple counting)
using a more sophisticated phylogenetic ancestral reconstruction algorithm to compute the missing nodes, e.g. in a web worker.
