Bug description

The dot seems to be missing from the secondary layer of the duotone "circle-question" icon.
This breaks some styles, for example

--fa-primary-color: white;
--fa-secondary-color: #007bff;
--fa-primary-opacity: .4;
--fa-secondary-opacity: 1;

Reproducible test case

Web bug report checklist

  • I have included a test case because my odds go way up that the team can fix this when I do
  • I have searched for existing issues and to the best of my knowledge this is not a duplicate

Good eye @AFatNiBBa !. Yep, that looks broken. @sensibleworld can you check this icon? I don't think we have the cutout for the circle.
