[Feature Request] Add option to keep vertical tabs collapsed all the time

Currently when hovering vertical tabs it is always expanded, I would like to prevent that behavior and keep vertical tabs collapsed all the time. Or expand if hover for some time.

To achieve that, I am using css in userChrome.css

#TabsToolbar {
    max-width: 38px !important;
    min-width: 38px !important;
}

However, solution has UI defects

• the page content slightly moves when hovering tabs
• the add new tab button is moves when hovering tabs

It is ok for me, but I also think would be nice to have that like an embed setting to keep vertical tabs collapsed or expand if hover for some period of time.

I came here for the exact same, Thank you for the Temporary fix. I also can confirm the webpages resize on hovering mouse cursor over the vertical tabs bar.
