When a basin has any kind of automatic input (hopper, funnel, etc.) and use the built-in output option (the "trunk" that gets created when a valid output exists diagonally below the basin like a depot, belt or drain), execute 1 recipe and then they do nothing.
To bypass the bug you have to attach a brass funnel/smart chute filtered for the output and THEN replace the basin (as an output should exist before the first recipe is executed)
Here for example there's no reason why a rocket is not mixed (the mixer has power of course):
this bug was not apparent before the latest update. The exact same factories worked fine before - I just updated the mod on the server and they stopped
